Your opportunity

Our Langley office is looking for a Senior Administrator to join the Personal Debt Solutions team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Assist debtors and creditors, both in person and by telephone, as it relates to bankruptcies and proposals
  • Review interview forms, prepare files, documents and balance sheets
  • Perform initial consultations, upon qualification
  • Perform counseling sessions, upon qualification
  • Community outreach, business development and presentations
  • Servicing satellite offices

Your experience and education
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous insolvency experience or other related experience considered an asset
  • Willingness to complete or have completed the BIA Administrator Insolvency Course
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to client sites in the GVA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Ascend software would be an asset
  • Able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage multiples tasks and a variable workload as required
  • Must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
