The Lead works on building and deploying Analytics and Data driven solutions and initiatives for the client to deliver business impact and superior client value.
Key responsibilities will include:
\xc2\xb7 Adept at managing multiple workstreams across digital and marketing analytics, customer analytics experimentation
\xc2\xb7 Manage client relationship and has proven experience in shaping analytics roadmap for the client, manage execution of the initiatives and deliver business outcomes
Proven hands on experience in executing experimentation projects using PSM methodology to create revenue impact, user growth and enhanced marketing ROI for the clients in the CMT space.
\xc2\xb7 Needs to exemplify from his her previous experience, the ability in driving operational efficiencies with strong focus on delivery KPIs such as SLAs, FTAs, FTRs and TATs.
\xc2\xb7 Manage expectations coordination with multiple stakeholders including clients, account teams and delivery teams
\xc2\xb7 Establish implement a robust experimentation strategy based on the segments coming from Customer Attributes CJA using Adobe Target and AEM.
\xc2\xb7 Advanced analysis of Adobe Analytics data in Analysis Workspace
\xc2\xb7 Work with different APIs, raw data, reporting and visualization platforms to build custom solutions
\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of SDR and BRD references implementation plan, design data layer and end to end Implementation of Analytics solution.
\xc2\xb7 Implement, deploy measurement strategies, and manage setups for tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketing pixels via Adobe Launch.
\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Adobe Analytics functions like Admin Configurations, Processing rules, Marketing Channel Set up, Report Suite Creation, configuring a launch property from scratch.
\xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge of Report suites setup, Data configuration and collection setup, Data warehouse and data feeds setup
\xc2\xb7 Understand the underlying implementation principles needed for precise customer journey mapping in Adobe Analytics
\xc2\xb7 Translate business requirements into robust tech
Basic Qualifications:
9 -15 years experience in driving digital or customer marketing, or digital analytics leadership with exposure to international clients in direct client facing roles
MBA from a premium college with at least 5 years of consulting experience in a Top tier Consulting firm in the space of Martech architecture and implementation.
Should have worked in Design Development Deployment of Adobe Martech solutions in a large scale enterprise environment with experience in setting up connected platforms.
6 -10 years of hands on experience of successfully delivering Adobe implementation projects using AEP and CJA
Preferred Qualifications:
Should have worked in scaling experimentation projects using Adobe Target in conjunction with Customer Attributes, AAM and CJA
Proven functional experience across a range of marketing activities and their related platforms and technologies, such as web analytics, experimentation, CRM, analytics implementation, campaigns and media, social media etc.
Familiar with customer analytics, user segmentation, personalization, data science models based on clickstream and customer data
Certified professional of any one widely used ad platform Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, Apple, Amazon, etc
Certifications in Adobe target, Analytics, AAM and AEM will be preferred.
Deep domain expertise, understanding of current future trends and best practices in digital marketing or customer analytics. Experience in CMT space is mandatory
