commercial pools, aquatic facilities, sports complexes, and indoor recreation developments
across British Columbia. We design, engineer, build, and manage end-to-end solutions for stratas, hotels, property management companies, and municipalities.
We are expanding and seeking a high-energy
Inside/Outside Sales Representative
to support Titan's continued growth across BC.
Position Overview
This hybrid role combines
inside sales
(lead generation, calling, follow-ups, pipeline management) with
outside sales
(property visits, relationship building, meetings, walkthroughs). The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys being in the field, talking to decision-makers, and driving revenue.
You will work directly with Titan's executive team to build a strong pipeline of commercial clients and secure new renovation and construction projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales
Make outbound calls to
strata corporations, property management companies, hotels, and commercial buildings
.
Qualify leads and
book meetings
for the executive team.
Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and sales presentations.
Maintain Titan's CRM (lead tracking, follow-ups, notes).
Support marketing by identifying outreach targets and sending follow-up messages.
Draft email campaigns and call scripts to improve conversions.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into consultations.
Outside Sales
Conduct
weekly site visits
, building walkthroughs, and client meetings.
Visit stratas, hotels, and commercial sites to identify renovation or repair opportunities.
Deliver Titan brochures, capability statements, and referral cards.
Build long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and strata councils.
Attend networking events and industry gatherings.
Represent Titan professionally on-site and in meetings.
What You Bring
Strong communication skills -- confident speaking to decision-makers.
Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting people in person.
Organized, reliable, able to manage follow-ups and pipelines.
Previous sales experience (construction, property management, restoration, or service industry an asset).
Valid driver's licence and personal vehicle.
Motivated by performance and commission.
Fast learner with the ability to understand basic construction terminology.
Compensation
Base Salary:
$40,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience)
Commission:
10% from profit per closed project
Performance bonuses for qualified meetings
Mileage reimbursement for field travel
Full-time role with long-term growth opportunities

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
