We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer rapport, a strong understanding of business development, and experience in B2B sales, particularly within automotive parts/lighting. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking by telephone
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Manage accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing client inquiries, and identifying upselling opportunities
Support marketing endeavors to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness
Utilize CRM tools such as Claritysoft to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities
Work closely with technical teams to understand product features and provide technical solutions during the sales process
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside/outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability in business development and account management
Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify growth opportunities
Experience using CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
