Inside/Outside Sales Representative

to grow with our business.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a sales role that mixes time at the office with some time in the field. You'll work with current customers to keep them happy and supplied, while also reaching out to new businesses who could benefit from what we offer.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers--new and existing Handle incoming sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients Provide quotes, process orders, and follow ups Visit customer sites to understand their needs and build trust Represent Plastruct Polyzone at trade shows and industry events Use our ERP software (SAP B1) to track leads, quotations, and orders Work closely with our engineering, operations and warehouse teams to get jobs done right

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience--inside, outside, or both (manufacturing or industrial is preferred) Solid communication and people skills--you enjoy talking to customers and solving problems Organized and self-motivated--you know how to follow through without being micromanaged Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and ERP systems A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally when needed Reliable transportation

Bonus Points If You Have:

Knowledge of plastics, fabrication, or industrial supply Experience with B2B sales or technical selling A mechanical mindset--you like understanding how things work

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
