Are you ready to turn your technical know-how into real-world impact? At Synergy Controls Corporation, we're looking for a bright, motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help shape the future of industrial process control across Ontario and Manitoba.

What You'll Do:

Work directly with engineers and plant teams to specify instrumentation for flow, pressure, temperature, level and size control valves. Become a trusted technical resource for clients in mining, water, wastewater, and industrial sectors. Collaborate with a team that's passionate about solving problems and delivering smart solutions.
What You Bring:

A technical background (instrumentation technologist or engineering degree preferred). Strong communication skills and a desire to learn. A team-first mindset and a passion for helping customers succeed.
