We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various electronic/mechanical equipment and systems.
Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems effectively to minimize downtime.
Provide support to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
Technical certifications related to equipment or systems maintenance are a plus.
Willingness to learn new technologies and methods as needed.
