INSIDE SALES / SHIPPER AND RECEIVER
Roofmart is a major Canadian distributor of residential, commercial Roofing and Siding products with over 50 locations across Canada.
Customer's first point of contact when they are shopping in-store or calling the branch. Picking, preparing and loading purchased product on to the Company truck or customer's truck.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;The customer's first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing Required to pick, prepare and load purchased product on to the Company truck or load the customer's truck Required to offload and put away product that is delivered to the branch Responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product while at the facility Lifting 80lbs and operate a lift truck. Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized Demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills as you interact directly with customers

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;College diploma and/or 3 or more years of Warehouse and Forklift Experience 3 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided) Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly Strong customer service skills Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset

Le role du titulaire consistera a agir comme premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent a l'interieur du magasin ou qui appellent a la succursale, ainsi qu'a choisir, preparer et charger le produit achete dans le camion de l'entreprise ou du client.

EN VOUS JOIGNANT A NOUS, VOUS :Agirez comme premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent a l'interieur du magasin ou qui appellent a la succursale Effectuerez les transactions de vente, les rapports quotidiens de rapprochement bancaire et les achats Choisirez, preparerez et chargerez le produit dans le camion de l'entreprise ou le camion du client Dechargerez et rangerez les produits livres a la succursale Vous chargerez du deplacement et du stockage securitaire et efficace du produit a l'etablissement Souleverez 80 lb et conduirez un chariot elevateur Vous assurerez que l'entrepot est propre et bien range Demontrerez de solides competences en matiere de communication lors de vos interactions directes avec les clients

LE CANDIDAT IDEAL POSSEDE :Un diplome d'etudes collegiales et/ou 3 ans ou plus d'experience en entrepot et sur un chariot elevateur 3 ans ou plus d'experience concluante dans le domaine du commerce de detail, des affaires, de la comptabilite ou de la vente Un permis d'operation de chariot elevateur valide (formation possible) La capacite de soulever, de pousser et de transporter de 80 a 100 livres de facon repetee De solides competences en matiere de service a la clientele La connaissance du secteur de la refection de toitures, un atout
