Maintain and nurture assigned customer accounts, following up on order statuses regularly.
Monitor back orders to ensure they are prepared for timely delivery or pick-up.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent support over the phone.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite

Sage 300
experience is an asset (training will be provided if needed).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
