Position Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Support representative to join our small but mighty team. You'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for customers exploring electric mobility solutions, supporting our sales process from initial inquiry through to delivery and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
Provide product information and recommendations for electric bikes, motorcycles, scooters, and mobility solutions
Processing direct sales from online orders
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Guide customers through the sales process with genuine enthusiasm and expertise
After Sales follow-up
Website Sales Updates
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Coordinate shipping and delivery across Canada and the USA
Product Knowledge & Education
Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product lines (Emmo, Taubik, Evoque, Ecolo, Talaria, Telica, Daymak)
Stay informed about e-bike laws, regulations, and industry trends
Answer technical questions about specifications, features, and compatibility
Educate customers on proper maintenance and care
Administrative Support
Manage incoming communications and prioritize responses
Assist with inventory tracking, work orders and parts ordering processing
Shipping scheduling
Supplier Ordering
Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
Research and implement new programs and onboarding
Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have Qualifications
1-3 years of inside sales or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Genuine passion for helping customers find solutions
Nice-to-Have Experience
Knowledge of electric vehicles, e-bikes, mobility or motorcycles
Experience in retail or automotive sales
Familiarity with social media customer engagement
