We pride ourselves on being an independent, Canadian company with a great reputation in the industry. Along with product distribution, we provide value added services and custom fabrication. We are located on the Surrey/Langley border near 196 St and 56 Avenue

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an enthusiastic person for an Inside Sales to provide the prompt, helpful customer care we are known for. A courteous, professional manner with a positive attitude along with creative mind for providing both project solutions and company-minded contributions is best suited for this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial services and/or in an industry-related field.Store hours are Monday to Friday 08:00AM to 4:30PM. Closed weekends and statutory holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Service both commercial and retail customers Service walk-in customers Prepare quotations and make follow-up calls Initiate daily B2B sales calls Participate in weekly sales meetings Provide technical documents as requested Communicate requirements between customer and fabrication as needed Inventory management Act consistent with company standards, culture & best business practices
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Desire to provide great customer service Experience with a CRM system an asset Maintain professional manner and appearance Able to multi-task while paying attention to details Technical and/or industry related experience an asset Product training provided
QUALIFICATIONS:

18 years of age or older A valid driver's license and own vehicle Strong computer skills and math aptitude an asset Ability to read and draw simple line drawings to develop ideas Ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages that typically weigh 25-50lbs and may weigh up to 80lbs Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English Completed High School Diploma
COMPENSATION:

Hourly plus performance bonus. Medical and Dental benefits available
