Inside Sales Specialist

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking HVAC services and system solutions. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the sales or service process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking to people, and have a talent for turning inquiries into scheduled appointments or sales opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Educate customers about HVAC services, maintenance programs, and replacement options. Follow up on leads, estimates, and previous customer interactions to increase conversions. Assist customers with financing or promotional options. Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities. Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Meet or exceed monthly inside sales and conversion targets.

Qualifications

Proven customer service experience--HVAC, home services, or call center experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable discussing products, pricing, and service options with customers. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems (or willing to learn). Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
