ICCC is seeking a professional, dedicated member of the Inside Sales Department with four (4) to five (5) years of experience for a long-term career position. The Inside Sales will be responsible for building long-term relationships with current and prospective Customers by communicating the technical services and products ICCC supplies, with regards to Cathodic Protection.

Responsibilities and Duties within a Shared Office Environment:
Report to and Assist the Sales Manager with Day-to-Day Functions.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization products/services.
Answer inquiries and provide additional information to customers about the type and cost of services offered.
Develop clear and effective written quotations for current and prospective customers in a timely manner.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints by logging and investigating customer concerns.
Maintain tight deadlines by coordinating sales effort with management, accounting, purchasing, logistics and technical service groups to ensure "on-time" delivery to consumer.
Work closely with the Administration Department regarding quotations, emails, updates to Customer Management Software (ACT)*.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience Requirements:
Four (4) to Five (5) years of experience in technical/inside sales/customer service.
High School Diploma, College Graduate an asset but not required.
Knowledge of general Mechanical/Electrical fundamentals is an asset but not required.
French is an asset but not required.
Knowledge of Client/Customer Management Software (e.g. ACT)is an asset but not required.

In-Person Work Only (i.e. No Remote Work)*. Eight (8) Hours a Day (8:30am to 5:30pm with a One (1) Hour Lunch Break).* Five (5) Days a Week (Monday to Friday)*. Annual Salary Starting between $48,000.00 - $48,850.00.
