one Inside Sales Representative

in Winnipeg -- Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends, and real growth potential. If you're confident on the phone, coachable, and motivated to earn more than the average rep, this could be your next big step.

Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to new and returning customers (warm and semi-warm leads) Build genuine

rapport

-- connect with people, not just sell to them Clearly explain our vehicle and financing options

Guide customers

through next steps and follow up consistently Keep accurate notes in our internal system Represent our brand with integrity, care, and confidence

Requirements

A clear, confident phone presence and strong communication skills Fluent English and excellent listening ability Basic computer literacy and attention to detail Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Positive energy and a team-player mindset Previous

sales, call-center, or customer-service

experience helps, but drive and attitude matter most

Compensation & Schedule

Starting pay:

$16.00/hour

Bonuses:

Most team members earn

$20-$26/hour

including bonuses

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, daytime hours (

no evenings, no weekends

)
