HAHN Plastics Canada is part of a global organization with operations in Germany, the UK, France, Italy, Canada and USA. Our parent company is headquartered near Frankfurt, Germany, employing more then 400 people worldwide.

We manufacture over 2,000 products, made from 100% recycled plastic, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to customers across multiple industries.

The Opportunity



Our Canadian team is growing, and we are looking for an

Inside Sales Representative

to join us. This role will start with a focus on our ground reinforcement product line, with the opportunity to expand your product knowledge and responsibilities over time.

What You Will Do



You will be responsible for the full cycle sales cycle, including:

Prospecting and contacting new leads. Following up on quotations, orders and customer requests. Creating and tracking sales orders. Supporting project from inquiry through delivery. Resolving issues and managing customer expectations. Providing consistent customer service and sales support.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting customers daily by helping identify product needs and responding to inquiries by phone and email. Working closely with a small, collaborative team to grow our Canadian sales territory. Contributing ideas to improve sales processes and drive growth. Collaborating with our marketing team on campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.

What We Offer:



Monday to Thursday from 8am-4:45pm, Friday from 8am-3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Benefits starting from month 4. Three weeks of vacation to start. Travel opportunities, including participation in trade shows and potential visits our parent company in Germany and/or the UK.

What We Are Looking For:



2+ years' experience in sales or customer facing sales support role. Working knowledge of CRM software and strong over all computer skills. Experience working with specifications and/or engineers. Background in engineering, construction, or landscaping are considered a strong asset. French language skills are an asset.

Additional Requirements:



Valid G driver's licence and clean driving record. Our location is accessible via public transit, with a short walk to the office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
