New opportunity for Aspiring Realtors or someone looking to sharpen their sales skills. Duties
1)Prospect for new clients from various lead sources 2)Respond to inbound leads from all lead sources, sign calls, and etc. 3)Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists 4)Input/manage client & leads into database 5)Lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set 6)Canvass with the team Skills 1)Effective verbal and written communicator 2)Comfortable with outbound & inbound calls 3)Self motivated and goal oriented 4)Energetic, problem solver, and friendly 5)Ability to handle rejections gracefully 6)Exceptional organizational skills 7)Open to learning the sales process and services of the team 8)Understanding of CRMs and drip campaigns. Or open to learning. Compensation to be discussed. Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week Salary: $3,500.00-$12,000.00 per month Benefits:

Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

  • Day Shift (required)
Work Location: In person
