to manage customer interactions, prepare estimates, and drive project execution from inquiry through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in, phone, email, and eCommerce customers
Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate signage and visual communication solutions
Prepare accurate estimates, work orders, and process payments in a timely manner
Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and active quotes to close business
Coordinate artwork approvals and clearly communicate order status and timelines
Support outbound sales and in-center marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate records and follow established FASTSIGNS procedures
Sales & Performance Expectations
Consistently convert inbound inquiries into confirmed orders
Actively follow up on open estimates and dormant leads
Support revenue growth through solution-based recommendations and upselling where appropriate
Maintain accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism under deadline pressure
Qualifications
Proven customer service and inside sales capability (order-taking only experience will not be a fit)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
Fluency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office
Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI-based tools for drafting emails, refining customer communication, and workflow support
Fast, accurate typing and confidence working across multiple systems
Experience in signage, printing, or visual communications is strongly preferred
