As an Inside Sales Representative, your passion for sales and gift for chatting will shine!

In this role, you'll engage (make cold calls) to/with potential used automotive dealerships through outbound and warm calling, showcasing our automotive financing company. Your expertise in B2B sales and customer service will empower you to drive business development and exceed sales targets. What you'll do

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our automotive financing company. Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions. Continuously seek opportunities for business development within existing accounts.

Skills

Proven experience in making cold calls, particularly in B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and warm calling strategies. Familiarity with used car dealerships and automotive financing is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling clear interactions with clients. A customer-centric mindset that prioritizes client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
