About the Role

ProSource Supply is seeking a

Sales Representative

to join our team.
This position plays a key role in serving customers at the counter from our Vancouver branch, developing relationships with contractors, and driving branch sales growth. The ideal candidate is

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in person, by phone, and by email to identify needs and provide product recommendations. Generate and process sales orders, quotes, and special orders accurately in our

Point of Sale (POS)

system. Support both

contractor and retail customers

by offering knowledgeable product guidance and solutions. Collaborate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and accuracy. Maintain organized, well-stocked displays and contribute to a clean, professional branch environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Participate in

ProSource University

training to expand product and technical knowledge. Promote ProSource's values, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in

sales, customer service, or counter sales

(industry experience an asset). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping customers. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a dynamic branch environment that includes customer interaction and hands-on product handling. Proficient in English (spoken and written); basic computer skills required.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
