NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.
First and foremost, this is a sales role, and objection handling is expected. You must be an excellent listener, a clear communicator (as everything is done over the phone), and capable of providing industry-leading service to our customers. If you are a sales-driven individual, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Convert warm inbound leads into sales
Provide financial education to every customer
Handle multiple customers simultaneously
Close and guide customers through the sales process
Effective use of our CRM system. Previous use of Salesforce an asset but not required
What You Should Already Have:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Previous sales experience strongly preferred
Aptitude for working in a team dynamic
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
Positive attitude and outlook required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic computer skills are a plus

Compensation:
All new hires start at
Level 1
, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:
Level 1:
$40,000 base salary + bonus.
Level 2:
$50,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics (typically achieved in 4-5 months, though some have reached it in as little as 3 months).
Projected Yearly Earnings:
Level 1:
$50,000 - $55,000
Level 2:
$63,500 - $80,000+
