Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of CareRx's commercial team. This role is responsible for prospecting and generating high-quality leads in Long-term Care Homes and Retirement Communities. You will also partner with our Business Development team to build and support a robust sales pipeline.



Success in this role requires effective communication skills, curiosity, professionalism, and a commitment to creating a positive buying experience for our prospects. At times, you may be required to conduct outreach to existing customers to support issue resolution.

Role Accountabilities

:




Achieve or exceed sales targets by prospecting for new customers through a high volume of customer touchpoints (cold-calling, emails, virtual presentations etc.) to effectively qualify the assigned prospects Regularly update CRM with prospecting funnel in a timely fashion Creating and maintaining positive buyer and customer experience Research current and potential customers to understand their business to better educate them on the value of working with CareRx Utilize customer-focused business development skills and effective communication skills to address prospect and customer inquiries about CareRx services Gather customer feedback and identify potential risks or opportunities, escalating to the appropriate internal teams when required Cultivating strong partnerships with stakeholders to successfully retain accounts and achieve retention objectives. Accountable for achieving established KPI for growth Solicit and communicate competitive intelligence from potential clients with respect to service and financial offerings Successfully communicate CareRx's programs and services to generate interest and support a positive buyer experience



What You Will Bring to The Team:




University or college degree required: Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred 2+ years of inside sales or outbound business development experience in a metric-driven environment. business development Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proven ability to conduct high-volume outreach and deliver effective early-stage sales results Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple business priorities Self-motivated and concerned with the customer experience and professionalism Strong negotiation and persuasive skills coupled with strong analytical skills Proficiency with MS Office applications, and Salesforce CRM Experience in pharmacy, long-term care pharmacy, or healthcare sales environments is considered an asset.

Location

: 320 Bay Street 1-2 days per week
