Job Description

We are a leading Canadian manufacturer of menu covers, certificate holders, presentation boxes and various other custom products. The inside sales representative will be responsible for providing quotations, intake of customer orders and processing orders.

Your duties would include but not limited to:

-Building relationships with new customers and maintaining existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

-Handle e-mail / phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner

-Prepare documentation including quotes, invoices, and shipping

-Co-ordinate job schedule with production

-Filing, organizing and maintaining a clean workspace

Skills and Qualifications

-Team player and ability to work with others

-Hardworking, flexible, adaptive and willing to learn

-Fluent in English with high attention to detail

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access)

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills including phone etiquette

-Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

-Inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred

-Experience in the hospitality industry would be an asset

-Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
