Are you a Sales Professional that has a proven track record of closing offers? Your role will consist of leveraging your existing sales and persuasion skills combined with our consultative closing process to close daily sales. Qualified appointments, ongoing training, and coaching are provided. Responsibilities: Delivering daily sales presentations in both 1 on 1 and group formats. Achieving or exceeding sales targets. Managing and implementing sales follow-up systems for your consultations to improve your closing ratio. Leaving detailed notes, call recordings, and proper tagging inside our CRM. Contributing to the sales meeting and fostering a healthy growth-oriented team culture. An always early, always prepared, and always winning attitude. Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience in SAAS, Software, or Coaching. The ability to sustain a minimum of 25% closing ratio. A history of strong follow-up and closing 15% of consults into sales post-consultation. Sales process and pipeline management. Strong time management and organization. Interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in either the mortgage, real estate, or SAAS industry is a plus. GHL experience is a plus.
