. This is a full-time position starting immediately.
The ideal candidate will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
Generate Sales Quotes
Process and follow up on Sales Order Entries, Warranty Claims, and update existing orders as required
Develop customer Delivery Schedules
Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
Research and generate new Customer leads and contacts
Some travel may be required to meet with existing Customers
Speak, listen and write in a clear and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
Participate in Marketing and Production Meetings
ExperienceQualifications:
Minimum of 1 year in Sales and Customer Service
Minimum of Grade 12 Diploma
Possess valid Driver's License
Experience with Sales and Customer Service
Agricultural background is preferred
Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast paced environment
Positive and co-operative team player
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Must be accurate and detail oriented
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high pressure situations
Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
