We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
Conduct inbound and outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our products and services
Manage inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and chat channels
Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets
Present product features and benefits clearly, tailoring pitches to meet client needs
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement
Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales preferred
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts
Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications are advantageous
