We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Inside Sales Representative
to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers and accurately prepare sales orders Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs Answer incoming calls professionally and support customers with inquiries and orders Maintain organized and up-to-date filing and documentation Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on service and satisfaction Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Strong work ethic and a commitment to outstanding customer service Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a busy environment Positive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills At least one year of customer service or inside sales experience (building supply experience an asset but not required) Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
