Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Communication
Create a daily activity plan
Schedule sales calls and ensure follow-ups via email or phone
Answer incoming calls and inform clients about promotions and available products
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities
Identify and establish contact with new clients and suppliers
Analyze supplier offers and adapt them to customer needs
Meet weekly sales targets
Client Relations & Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Monitor client accounts, payments, credit limits, and intervene when necessary
Update client databases in Unix and keep the team informed of any changes
Operations Support
Enter orders into the system
Communicate with inventory management for merchandise follow-up
Verify outgoing orders and forward shipping details
Track performance against sales objectives
