Job Description

-Exciting fun new opportunity at a family owned industrial distributor for an Inside Sales Support Representative

-Preparing quotes, purchase orders and sales orders

-Assist sales team with sales related support

-Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase

-Maintain sales records for inventory control, Suggestive selling

-Vendor pricing and sourcing

-Small parts order picking and packing

-Answering customer phone calls and helping with walk in traffic

-Local deliveries (truck provided) and putting stock away at customer's locations

-Receiving of vendor orders

-Labeling of kit bags when busy and required

-Will train but experience is an asset

-Must have high school diploma

-QuickBooks experience is a MAJOR asset

-Friendly family owned small business environment

-Small retail location in Stoney Creek

-Work with very minimal supervision

-Weight Handling Up to 35 lbs
