Reporting to the Business Development Manager for Service, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and the solicitation of new service agreements and service products to new and existing customers. You have a proven record of sales success, strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques, must enjoy selling on the phone and working in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm and have a high level of integrity and work ethic. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, power point, excel).

Key responsibilities include:



Utilize extracted customer lead data, through telephone sales, contact, promote and sell Service Agreements to our customer base for new warranty customer conversions and New Time and Material customer conversions Promote and up sell the premium Service Agreements to all potential customers Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail Create and update customer profiles and contacts for future contact within our CRM to help maintain and expand the company's database of prospects Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process Prepare customer quotations leading to the sale of new Service Agreements Proactively call existing customers to develop new opportunities or scheduled services Process/ create new Service Agreements in the operating system and create invoice Upsell of Service Agreements and Create quotation for modified SA order and forward for processing

Requirements:



College diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred 1 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity Sales experience in the food service industry or equipment sales industry preferred Be able to work effectively remotely
