Full-Time Inside Sales Representative

to join our team in Sarnia. For over 20 years, we've been connecting customers with Canada's best 5G network and award-winning customer service.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines, helping people find smart solutions for their lives and businesses. You'll work as part of a dedicated team to sell a wide range of products and services, including

mobility, internet, security, streaming, and more.

Your Responsibilities

Engage with customers:

Build rapport and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Generate leads:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Manage accounts:

Foster long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support.

Drive sales:

Use your communication and negotiation skills to sell a variety of wireless products and services from TELUS and Koodo.

Collaborate:

Work closely with your team and other departments to meet sales goals and support company initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A knack for inside sales, lead generation, and account management. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a definite plus.
