Position Summary
Eurofase is seeking an
Inside Sales Representative
to support our sales team and customers. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day sales support activities, handling customer inquiries, processing program follow-ups, and ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented sales professional who is eager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for customer and rep inquiries related to projects, quotes, and orders, ensuring timely and accurate responses in a designated territory/region.
Prepare, manage, and track project quotes from initiation through order entry, monitoring progress and following up with customers and reps to drive closure.
Enter, record and release promotional orders.
Maintain Pipeline for Quotations, Open orders and promotions
Review and release weekly backorders, prioritizing project-related needs and coordinating with operations to meet deadlines. Offering alternatives and crosses for back ordered materials to ensure rapid shipment of in stock goods and to prevent cancellations.
Provide technical and product support to customers and reps, helping resolve issues that impact project fulfillment.
Partner with sales management on project reporting, pipeline tracking, and business reviews to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project-related business and exceptional customer experience.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Require 1 - 3 years of experience in an inside sales capacity or administration, preferably within a showroom environment within the lighting or construction industry.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Independent, self-motivated to learn, adaptable to change.
Solutions oriented mindset: The ideal candidate will push for the best result for our customers and sales teams. This will require creative thinking, an understanding of larger objectives and a willingness to push back against policy when the policy is inhibiting growth.
Ability to understand and contribute to the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department, identify areas for improvement and propose process improvement.
Ability to adapt to new technology and must be quick to pick up on new product and service knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to effectively communicate both written and verbal.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
