. This position is focused on outbound sales through high-volume, quality cold calling. You'll play a key role in generating leads, booking appointments, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make
100+ outbound cold calls per day (Monday-Friday)
to prospective clients.
Clearly present our services and qualify potential customers.
Maintain professionalism and focus on
quality conversations
rather than rushed calls.
Consistently meet daily and weekly KPIs.
Accurately track call activity, lead outcomes, and progress.
Requirements
Previous experience in
inside sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Resilient and self-motivated to handle high call volumes.
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to hit performance targets.
Compensation & Expectations
$400 per week (independent contractor role)
