Description





This role combines inside sales with business development, giving you the chance to make an immediate impact while building skills that can open doors to future opportunities in Business Development or Technical Sales.#

Key Responsibilities





Inside Sales (70%)Manage inbound inquiries and follow up on qualified leads. Qualify leads and coordinate with the Business Development team for smooth handoff. Provide technical support to help customers choose the right solutions. Take ownership of CRM records by updating accounts and tracking sales activities. Support the outside sales team and dealer network with timely information and resources.



Business Development (30%)Partner with Business Development to engage contractors, building envelope specialists, and the design community. Prospect new accounts and start conversations to expand our network. Assist with outreach campaigns and dealer relationship management. Support trade shows, dealer events, and industry presentations to build visibility and strengthen relationships. Contribute to marketing efforts that build awareness and grow our presence. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for new partnerships.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



Qualifications

Post-secondary education - degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience is an asset Excellent communication skills Strong relationship-building and networking abilities Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets Valid driver's license and ability to travel Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Technical knowledge is an asset
