HBI's Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving our growth across Saskatchewan and Western Canada. This role is not limited to traditional order-entry or administrative support -- it is a sales-driven position responsible for expanding office supply business, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and generating new opportunities in transactional furniture, project furniture, and service.
You will build genuine relationships with customers that feel like "helping a neighbour," while operating with speed, precision, and a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Customer Management
Own a defined set of customer accounts with responsibility for revenue growth and retention.
Proactively identify sales opportunities in office supplies and transactional furniture.
Generate leads for project furniture and furniture service work.
Follow up promptly with customers to maintain communication, drive repeat business, and expand wallet share.
Maintain strong account relationships through personalized outreach and consistent service.
Customer Experience & Communication
Deliver a customer experience that feels warm, helpful, and personal -- like assisting a neighbour.
Communicate clearly with customers about timelines, expectations, and solutions.
Use initiative and resourcefulness to resolve customer needs efficiently and professionally.
Operational Excellence
Maintain high quote turnaround speed while ensuring accuracy.
Use Microsoft Office, Webex calling, HBI's calling platform and Oracle NetSuite daily.
Exercise pricing autonomy within the structure and guidelines provided.
Collaborate daily with the Inside Sales Team Supervisor and monthly with the VP of Sales.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Work closely with outside sales, customer service, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Support the broader sales strategy through effective communication, efficiency, and accountability.
Contribute to HBI's rapid market expansion by capturing new customers and supporting outreach initiatives.

Location:
In office at HBI Regina or remote depending on quality and experience of candidates.
Salary Range
: $50,000 + 5% commission based on Gross Profit.
