As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy, professionalism, and care. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and build strong relationships will make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and our company's reputation.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and product requests.
Prepare accurate quotes and technical proposals, ensuring compliance with QMS standards.
Collaborate with vendors to develop complete solutions that meet customer needs.
Support the sales process from quote to delivery, including planning, project management, and expediting.
Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Works effectively with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse; supports Saskatchewan, with assist for Alberta/BC when needed.
Learn and apply industry standards, including design, quality control, and safety.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years inside sales or customer service in industrial products; experience with quoting and technical proposals.
Strong
customer service focus
and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. Salesforce (Rootstock) experience is an asset.
Ability to interpret and communicate technical specifications (valves, controls, automation); capable of supporting sizing, calibration, and documentation requests.
Familiarity with QMS workflows (following Work Instructions, documentation standards, ISO-style processes).
