Aartech Canada Inc is a wholesale distributor specializing in security, smart home, electrical and AV products. We have a 20 year track record of growth and success.

We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for lead generation and business development, cold calling, warm calling, and engaging customers to drive sales, build relationships and advise our clients.

Responsibilities

Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Meet or exceed targets for customer outreach, revenue, customer growth and retention Business development & customer growth Sales targeting & planning Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and track sales progress Negotiate and close sales effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in technology or technical sales Strong sales, negotiation and relationship skills Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. French bilingual is an asset Tech savvy Located within reasonable distance of Oshawa Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
