We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to generate leads and close sales.
Utilize negotiation skills to effectively discuss pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on technology and technical products.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to reach potential customers and expand market presence.
Develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building efforts.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish when necessary to cater to diverse clientele.
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within technology or technical sales.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies related to sales initiatives.
