Inside Sales Representative

Norseman is one of the largest suppliers and manufacturers of industrial fabric, foam and construction products in North America.
The Customer Service /Inside Sales Representative in Edmonton is responsible for providing customer service support, responding to customers and supporting the Outside Sales team. This position will be working directly with the customer and collaborate with outside sales, production staff, and applicable processes utilized in the means and facilitation of production, shipping, and procurement of goods and services as it relates to our manufactured products (foam fabrication and construction & ventilation).
Job Duties
Consistently and effectively respond to internal and external customer inquiries. Respond to inbound calls, all web and email inquiries, and sample requests. Record all customer interactions through the Sales portfolio via Salesforce (CRM). Prepare and enter sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics AX(ERP). Provide accurate and detailed information of customer requirements for quotation. Collaborate with Operations regarding customer orders and delivery requirements. Other duties as required.
Requirements
3+ years experience in an inside sales or customer service representative role Strong customer service skills with a high sense of urgency Experience in B2B Inside Sales required Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP, experience with web-based CRM applications, specifically SalesForce, is a definite asset Proficiency in reviewing drawings and specifications an asset Strong mathematical skills with ability to complete calculations and conversions to prepare cost estimates Post-secondary education in related field an asset
Work Conditions
Office setting, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm;
