We are currently looking for an INSIDES SALES REPRESENTATIVE for our MONCTON STORE !

Missions and Responsibilities

This job will lead you to build lasting relationships with customers and collaborate on developing business markets. You will have the chance to evolve in an organization where collaboration and customer satisfaction are the core of our business.

We are offering a key position for an exceptionally customer-centric individual!

Your challenge at Air Liquide:

  • Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs.
  • Receives and processes customer orders
  • Organizes the display of products in the store
  • Process and confirm delivery slips.
  • Communicates with the logistics team to ensure cylinder replenishing.
  • Use your welding knowledge and experience to deliver products to our customers, and help them find the right supplies for their projects and business needs
  • Plan routes for delivery and follow ALC\'s safety policies diligently
  • Get to know our customer base both on the front line and making deliveries, learn about our products and mentor from our Outside Sales Team and Managers to grow your advancement opportunities!
  • Cylinder and hardgoods delivery.
Competencies and Profile

Who we are looking for
  • Industry experience, customer service or sales of welding or industrial products
  • Knowledge of welding processes and products (is an asset)
  • French communication skills
  • Good knowledge of computer systems
  • Secondary diploma
  • Class 5 license, clean driver\'s abstract
  • A positive attitude and customer service focus
  • Forklift experience would be an asset as well
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
