over the phone and virtual channels

The successful candidate will balance responsiveness, professionalism, and strategic sales execution while working closely with clinical specialists and the broader commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls
to potential and existing customers to qualify leads, understand needs, and communicate PatCom's product offerings.
Respond to inbound inquiries
professionally and promptly, guiding prospects through initial product information and next-step engagement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular phone, email, and video communications.
Partner with regional account teams and clinical specialists to
coordinate demonstrations, follow-ups, and order progression
.
Manage and update customer interaction records in CRM (lead, contact, opportunity details).
Achieve sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Provide timely feedback from calls to internal teams to inform marketing, pricing, and product positioning.
Support the onboarding and training of new sales tools and processes.
Qualifications
Essential:
Proven experience in phone-based sales, inside sales, or customer service (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication skills , clear, professional, confident, with strong phone presence.
A motivated self-starter with resilience, a coachable mindset, and a passion for sales.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with measurable goals.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Preferred:
Experience in medical devices, healthcare solutions, or complex product sales.
Prior experience handling customer interactions in clinical or hospital environments.
