Financial Debt Advisor

team motivated individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating with confidence, and guiding clients to take control of their financial situation.

What You'll Do

Respond to

inbound leads

and incoming calls

no cold calling

Conduct

confidential consultations

to understand each client's financial challenges Explain

debt relief options

including consumer proposals, bankruptcies, and budgeting support Create and deliver personalized action plans using a

solution-based sales approach

Communicate with empathy while

building trust and long-term client relationships

Work closely with our

Licensed Insolvency Trustees

to finalize solutions Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM system

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and

people-first attitude

Confidence in a

sales / target-based role

Ability to simplify financial concepts for clients Comfortable discussing sensitive situations with care and professionalism

Call centre, financial services, collections, credit, or sales experience

is an asset but we will train the right candidate
