We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team. This role is crucial in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales for our HVAC and mechanical services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, property managers, and facility operators.
Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and commercial agreements for HVAC supply and installation projects.
Work closely with the operations and service teams to coordinate sales follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records in the system and provide sales reports.
Educate potential clients on CBS's services, including HVAC maintenance, supply, and installation.
Assist in contract renewals and upselling additional commercial services.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in HVAC, mechanical services, or a related industry.
Strong communication skills with technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Experience using Sage software for tracking sales activities is an advantage.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively generating new leads.
With valid driver's license.
