Canadian Bearings is looking for an energetic and bilingual (English/French) Inside Sales Representative to manage and expand our house accounts portfolio, reactivate dormant customers, and drive sales success across Canada's leading industrial distribution network.

What you'll own (day-to-day)




Grow House Accounts by analyzing sales trends and industry data, while increasing share-of-wallet through cross-selling and upselling. Reignite Dormant Customers by proactively re-engaging with tailored outreach and solution-based conversations. Prospect & Qualify Leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound responses, and turning them into meetings and opportunities for Sales. Execute the Sales Process through structured outbound activities, follow up on open quotes, and consistently convert them into closed sales. Build Relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact for customers and vendors, resolving concerns and driving satisfaction. Showcase CRM mastery by keeping sales activity, opportunities, and next steps clean and up to date in the CRM, enabling insights and smarter planning.

Who you are (must-have)




3+ years proven experience in inside sales, outbound sales, telemarketing, or B2B customer service. Demonstrated success in prospecting, re-engaging dormant accounts, cross-selling, and upselling to hit or exceed sales targets. Comfortable with CRM systems and digital sales tools (plus strong MS Office skills). Customer-focused communicator with active listening and relationship-building strengths. Results-driven, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Bilingual (English/French) required.

Nice to have




Experience in MRO, supply chain, or industrial distribution. Familiarity with evidence-based selling and decision-making using sales trends and data.

What success looks like in 6 months




Measurable growth in House Account sales revenue and purchasing portfolios. Dormant/at-risk customers reactivated and producing repeat business. Consistent quote follow-up and conversion into sales. High-quality leads generated and handed to Field Sales for new opportunities. Clean CRM data supporting smart sales planning and customer engagement.

Experience
