Arrow Speed Controls is the leading Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Integrator in North America. With over 20,000 successful applications to date, we are a trusted partner across the heavy industries. We engineer and assemble speed control equipment for a wide range of electric motor applications. In addition to VFD's, we also do DC drives, soft starts, servo controls and PLC systems.

What you will be doing:

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. Understand and address customer needs, inquiries, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner. Identify and assess customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Keep up to date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Process orders, return and exchanges with a high level of accuracy. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge. Work closely with Outside Sales to provide excellent customer service, prevent potential issues, and monitor ongoing projects. Coordinate the project execution with project management. Handle project change orders Perform site survey or evaluation to refine the estimates.

What we need from you:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the industrial automation environment. College/University graduates an asset however careful consideration will be given to prior experience. Proficient computer skills including familiarity with CRMs; NetSuite experience is an asset. Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external individuals. Demonstrate ability to work independently. Working knowledge of the English language, both written and oral. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets. Professional, friendly, exceptional interpersonal skills. Provides service to both internal and external customers.
