You will serve as a key link between our business clients and internal teams, helping identify opportunities, improve order performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the
main contact
for assigned B2B customers and retail partners.
Communicate with clients via
phone, email, and online platforms
to provide product updates, handle inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Process and monitor
sales orders
across multiple operational systems to guarantee accuracy and on-time delivery.
Build and maintain
long-term partnerships
, assisting clients with strategies to expand their sales performance.
Analyze product sales data and suggest
action plans
(promotions, pricing adjustments, or assortment updates) to drive results.
Present
new arrivals and seasonal products
to clients, helping boost engagement and revenue.
Support
negotiations

Track and report on

Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in
account management, inbound sales, or client services
(preferably within e-commerce or retail).
Exceptional
communication and negotiation skills
across both phone and email.
