Inside Sales Representative

to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing knowledgeable advice on power tools, construction equipment, and related accessories. You are not just processing transactions -- you are building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.

Responsibilities:

Engage customers in a consultative sales process to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions. Maintain a strong knowledge of power tools, accessories, and equipment (Milwaukee, DeWALT, Makita, Metabo HPT, etc.). Create and process sales orders, quotations, and special orders accurately. Assist customers in-store, by phone, and by email with technical product inquiries. Support merchandising, inventory management, and showroom presentation. Stay current on new product lines, promotions, and technical specifications. Contribute to a high-performance sales environment focused on exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or inside sales, preferably in power tools, industrial equipment, hardware, or construction supplies. Strong product knowledge of contractor-grade tools is a major asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical retail environment. Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using POS and inventory management systems. Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset (optional based on your location).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$77,000.00 per year
