Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Leamington, ON. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, vendor relationships, and providing excellent customer service. You will work as part of a team to sell a range of wireless products and services from TELUS and Koodo including mobility, internet, security, streaming, accessories and more.

Qualifications

Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in a sales-related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to generate leads and drive sales through effective communication and customer service. Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term relationships with clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and enhance B2B sales strategies. Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
