About the Role



The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of our sales organization. You will support our sales strategy by preparing quotes, validating purchase orders, managing independently owned short cycle sales opportunities, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our sales operations. In addition to providing sales support, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying them and determining the next appropriate steps within the sales organization.

This is a high visibility role with a direct impact on revenue, customer experience, and overall sales effectiveness.

What You Will Do



Lead Qualification and Routing

Act as the initial contact for inbound leads, assess their needs, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.

Assess the best approach to handle inbound opportunities for obtaining the best results, including collaborating with Account Executives and Account Managers.

Work through and nurture leads generated from marketing activities such as webinars and tradeshows.

Pre Sales Support

Prepare, revise, and deliver accurate customer quotes and proposals. Respond to pricing, product, and documentation inquiries. Follow up on open quotes and early-stage opportunities. Support Account Executives in developing sales opportunities.
Order Preparation and PO Validation

Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and alignment with quotes and terms. Assemble complete PO packages including the PO, quote, notes, and required documentation. Submit finalized PO packages to Customer Success for processing.
Customer Engagement

Build positive relationships with customers through timely and professional communication. Provide product information, technical documentation, and order related guidance. Serve as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact for customers.
Short Cycle Sales Ownership

Independently manage and close short cycle and transactional sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM. Identify opportunities for upsells or cross sells.
Collaboration and Teamwork

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency. Share insights from customer conversations with Marketing and Product teams.

What You Bring

Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar role. Comfort working with pricing, quotes, and purchase orders. Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems. Experience with ODOO is an asset. Strong English communication skills. French is a strong asset. A positive and team-oriented attitude. Experience qualifying leads and managing inbound inquiries. Familiarity with lead scoring or qualification frameworks is an asset.
