Summary
Reporting to the Multi-Family Sales Manager, Inside Sales Support will be responsible for all inside sales and sales support activities for assigned accounts and regions in the Multifamily Department. Works within the sales/support team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to team sales targets, achieve long-term customer satisfaction and generate profits.
Scope:
Working out of Innotech's office. The position entails being a liaison person between Sales and Estimating teams by responding to and processing estimate requests, lead generation, and QC of information systems. Focusing on business opportunities across all of Innotech Markets. You will be fulfilling a key role in the Multifamily Department to support organizational growth by ensuring our sales activities are focused and organized to ensure Innotech's growth plan is reached.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries for new estimate, tender opportunities.
Process new leads and referrals, along with conducting competitive market research
Participate in trade shows and other campaigns as needed.
Review architectural specs and blueprints
Consult with the client at the showroom or by other means
Analyze risk/reward for taking on opportunities
Design window/door assemblies to suit the job
Together with the Estimating developer proposals, submit and process bids to the customer
Sell consultatively and make recommendations to clients
Prospect information systems and process all leads/contacts/accounts/opportunities into CRM,
Provide QC for CRM compliance.
Lead generation through web research, information systems.
Provide feedback on market research, reports as needed.
Participate in training sessions (webinar or predetermined site)
Perform any other related duties from time to time
Knowledge & Skills:
Fenestration industry experience is preferred
Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation.
Should have knowledge of the commercial construction procurement process and documenting processes.
Familiarity with general contractors, developers, architects' workflows
CRM experience in lead qualification, logging activities, updating contact information, tracking status
Work utilizes Microsoft Office and other applications, including a CRM database and estimating system.
Ability to persuade and influence others as well as develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Work may require some travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid BC driver's license and the ability to travel to the US.
Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
