TotalShip Express is a growing logistics and freight brokerage company, providing reliable solutions in trucking, small parcel, and international air & ocean shipping. We're expanding our team and looking for motivated sales professionals who are eager to build relationships, drive growth, and help our customers ship smarter.

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and providing tailored shipping solutions. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Manage and grow existing customer accounts. Provide training to new clients and prospects. Present and explain TotalShip Express services, solutions, and value. Provide quotes, negotiate rates, and close deals. Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding and order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales performance. Provide support to the Account Managers and Business Development Director

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year experience in inside sales (logistics, transportation, or related industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bilingual (English/French) is a must.
